We are a team from Colorado Springs looking to improve the lives of others and the community around us, specifically those struggling with thoughts of suicide or self-harm, as well as others who are also part of the LGBTQIA2+ community.
Cameron Suppes
Addyson Suppes is a Certified Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) Specialist with a holistic health and lifestyle medicine background, which she is currently completing her degree in. Whether you are looking to find muscular relief, supplement physical therapy or chiropractic work, strengthen your body, or improve as an athlete, MAT is probably right for you. Through a thorough understanding of the muscular system, Addyson is able to test and find points of weakness, which she can then re-activate and strengthen. Soon, Addyson will also be able to provide health coaching with a holistic and lifestyle medicine focus. Addyson is passionate about herbal medicine and helping others to take control of their health and wellness to meet their own unique goals. Addyson will also be co-leading support groups for neurodivergence, transgender individuals and their families, bipolar disorder, and couples communication.
Nina Geoffroy-Suppes, CSW
Nina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CSW) in the process of getting her Doctor of Education in Organizational Behavioral Health Leadership while conducting research on adolescent suicide in Colorado. She takes a strengths based approach to therapy and utilizes tools such as mindfulness, motivational interviewing, somatic therapy, DBT, and CBT to help her clients meet their unique needs and empower them to reach their goals. She also offers success coaching to help individuals of all ages reach their unique goals. Her objective is to help others be the best version of themselves by meeting them where they are at. Nina is particularly experienced in working with adolescent and young adult clients, families, transgender individuals and others in the LGBTQIA2+ community, and those struggling with suicidal ideation or self-harm. She also has experience helping those with depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, and bipolar disorder.
